🔹 I’m hyped (나 정말 업돼! 기대되!)

그 콘서트에 대해 정말 흥분돼, 기다릴 수가 없어!

 

🔹 go out(end) on a high note – 성황리에 끝나다. 성공적으로 끝마치다.

그 행사는 성공적으로(성황리에) 끝났습니다.

 

🔹 give it a try(shot/go) - 시도해보다. 한번 시험해보다

나는 그 시장의 북적거림이 좋다.

우리는 도시의 분주함에서 벗어나고 싶었다.

 

🔹 Monday blues – 월요병

🔹 (feel) under the weather – 컨디션 안좋아

 

I feel under the weather today, so I’ll stay home

나 오늘 컨디션이 안좋아, 그래서 집에서 머무를려고 해

엄마는 몽이 좀 안좋아서 침대에서 쉬고 계시다.

 

🔹 pamper – 애지중지하다, 소중히 보살피다.

**다른 뜻이로) 응석 받다, 제멋대로 굴게 두다. 오냐오냐 하다. = coddle

 

Chiledren become spoiled if the parents pamper them too much

아이를 너무 예뻐하면 버릇 나빠진다.
