They always ask like, “is there Starbucks in Korea?

Them thinking that some other country other than the U.S is underdeveloped.. or like, not westernized enough.
when I introduce myself, the follow up question usually comes up, “are you from North or South.?” I’m sure someone has asked that question.
It’s somehow it’s not a really offensive question but I think it’s a bit ignorant question, like..
“have you been on the news?”
no, the chances are highly unlikely

come up - ~가 생기다, 발생하다. 떠오르다, / 다가오다.
somehow – 왠지, 어떻게든, 어쩐일인지
(영상에서는 ‘it’s somehow’로 쓰였는데 ‘뭐랄까’ 정도의 뜻으로 쓰인듯함)
ignorant – 무지한, 무식한
highly unlikely – 불가능에 가까운/ 아주 가능성이 없는
